Monitoring & Evaluation

In this business area, the focus is on accompanying monitoring for company-related labor market policy programs and projects as regular feedback on program control and program (further) development as well as as part of quality assurance. We aim to evaluate impacts. Our focus is on ongoing and systematic collection of information and standardized evaluation of data on consulting cases. Using a mix of quantitative and qualitative approaches, we analyze facts and thus provide the basis for evidence-based decisions.
